Timing and Spacing

Today I learned how to animate! Although it was a crudely drawn ball traveling on a straight line, I'm proud of it. I also learned how to navigate through the Harmony software. It was fairly easy to use Harmony except for when I hit a button I didn't mean to and did not know what setting I had changed. Animating the ball taught me how I can have characters move in the scenes. We started with the most basic animation of a ball traveling along a line at the same intervals and progressed to easing in and out and rubber banding. All of these scenarios took place in the same amount of time, but they all have a different effect based on how the ball moves. I'm excited for more classes and to progress my animation prowess.
